If I had to pick one pasta to eat forever, this is it: Spaghetti Aglio e Olio.
When it’s done properly, the purity of the flavors is something really special. It doesn’t even truly have a sauce: The pasta is just lightly coated with garlic & anchovies, which are bound to it by the emulsified oil and starchy pasta-cooking water
