Here’s a basic example of how I eat dinner when I travel. If I’ve got the option I typically just swing into @wholefoods . I find organic grocery stores to be a time hack compared to going out to restaurants because I can simply get work done in my hotel room while eating pretty decent food at a fraction of the cost.
-Paleo salmon (I prefer the organic rotisserie chicken, but they were out)
– Bulgarian yogurt
– Dijon mustard
– Marinated mushrooms
– Organic flax oil and sea salt for extra flavah-flave. 😉
