RETURN AND RETURN POLICY Order cancellation All orders can be cancelled until shipped. Once your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has begun, it will no longer be cancelled. Refunds Your satisfaction is our # 1 priority. Obviously you can request a refund or re-shipment for ordered products if: you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (10 days excluding 2-5 day processing) you get something wrong you do not want the product you received (but you must return the item at your own expense and the item must not be used) We do not reimburse you for: Your order did not shipped due to your controls (e.g. providing an invalid shipping address) * You can submit refund requests within 7 days after the guaranteed delivery time for Bangladesh 7 days and globally 10-20 days (45 days) has expired.
